Can I cancel my membership at any time? 

You can cancel your membership at any time. Your access to the app and programming will be available for the remainder of the billed period. To cancel or any questions in regards to your membership please contact info@aussiefitinternational.com 

Do you offer a free trial? 

We do not offer a free trial at this time. 

What is included with my App Access? 

With your access to the AF app you will be able to have direct contact with your coach via two way direct messaging, access your program, recipes that pertain to your goals and dietary preferences, a large library of demo exercise videos, the ability to connect your Apple Watch and MyfitnessPal which will keep all of your metrics in one place.

Can I participate if I have an injury? 

You are able to modify the programs on AF dependant upon equipment available as well as if there is a pre existing injury. Always consult with a medical professional before participating in any physical activity. For exercise substitution please contact our coaching team at info@aussiefitinternational.com. If there is any pain or discomfort while participating in physical activity stop immediately and seek medical attention.

What if I am unable to do a recommended exercise or I do not have the appropriate equipment?

Exercise substitutions are available in the event you are unable to complete or execute an exercise. Please contact us at info@aussiefitinternational.com or your coach via direct messaging.

What is included in my membership? 

What is included is dependant upon what program you purchase. A full list of what is included with each program is found here ( insert hyper link)

Can I start the 90 or nothing challenge at anytime? 

Yes! You can participate in the 90 or nothing challenge when you are ready to commit to making a change in your nutrition, training and lifestyle.

Do I need to have a gym membership to participate in AF programming? 

The AF programming currently requires a gym membership with basic equipment ie. 

What if my week is busy and I am unable to complete all of my workouts? 

We get it! Stuff comes up. If you miss a workout just move it to later in your training week. As the AF programmed is periodized (build in strength and difficulty each week) you need to complete your workout before moving on got next weeks workout. 

Will I receive a meal plan? 

We do not provide a meal plan with Forever Nutrition or the 90 day challenge. Nutrition with AF programming is based on creating healthy habits surrounding nutrition. The program slowly introduces nutritional habits and coaching provided helps with the execution/ consistency of these habits. The app will provide meal suggestions based on your dietary restrictions and preferences.

What happens once I finish a program? 

Once you complete a program you can sign up for one of our other training programs that are available here ( insert hyperlink here). Each program offers a different style of training and focus.
