Is this really gym-based only?
Yes. This program is specifically built for people training in a gym. If you’re ready to commit to real transformation, this is for you.
Is it just 12 weeks or do I get long-term support?
The first 12 weeks are your transformation foundation. After that, you stay on as long as you're seeing results and committed. Many clients stay long term for continued progress and support.
What happens if I leave the program?
If you leave, your spot is given to the next person in line. You won’t be able to rejoin unless a spot opens again. This keeps the group tight and focused.
Why only 50 clients?
This isn’t mass coaching. I give you 1-on-1 attention, full customization, and direct support. To keep the quality high, I only take on 50 lifetime clients.
How do I know if I’m a good fit?
