Joshua Adamson is an Australian fitness coach who has built his career in Canada coaching hundreds of individuals over the last 2 decades. He owns and operates a gym in Toronto, Ontario as well as coaches people in person and online to reach their wellness goals. He has worked with professional musicians, athletes, tv personalities and entrepreneurs from around the world. Having trained in all different areas of fitness himself from Powerlifting, Bodybuilding and Crossfit, he incorporates his knowledge of different modalities to customize a program that is tailored to his clients goals.
How AF was created
Joshua created AF because he wanted to be able to impact a larger community. To help more people on their wellness journey. This idea has been in the back of his mind for over a decade and really began to come together over the last year. The programming for AF has been developed and fine tuned for 15+ years and we are looking forward to building a bigger and stronger community
